The backpack itself is great, it looks good, feels durable and comfortable. The zippers are a bit tight, I had to use wax to get them running smoother.
But you should take a better approach to packaging:
1. Zipper pulls don't have any covers, and they leave rectangular marks on the top of the backpack, that look like some cuts. It'll be better to add some textile covers for zipper pulls, so they won't damage other parts of the backpack.
2. Backpack's straps are folded while being delivered. It's OK for textile straps, but leather ones are getting stuck in this folded position and even after a week of usage, they are still folding in the same places when backpack is off.
